Refund policy

We want you to love your Unique Bella purchase. Eligible items may be returned for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery or purchase.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains, makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, or other signs of wear, and all original tags must remain attached.

Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Final sale items may include sale/clearance merchandise, accessories, bodysuits, intimate items, and any item marked “Final Sale.”

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued.
