Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping times begin after the order has been processed and handed over to the carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Unique Bella Boutique is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery delays are outside of our control.

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first and then reach out to us if additional assistance is needed.

Local pickup may be available for customers in the Oklahoma City area. Pickup instructions will be provided after your order is ready.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
